01How booking works
A booking request is a message from you to the stay's agent. It does not reserve the stay. The stay is booked only when the agent confirms your dates and price.
Chalet Lebanon shows the stays and puts you in touch. The stay's agent or owner provides the stay.
02Prices
Prices on the site are a night at that stay, in US dollars, as given by the stay. The agent confirms the total for your dates before you pay.
03Paying
Nothing is paid on the website. The agent tells you how and when to pay when they confirm.
04Cancelling or changing dates
Each stay sets its own cancellation rule, shown on its page. Many stays do not refund or move dates once a booking is confirmed. Read the rule before you send a request.
05Deposits and ID
Some stays ask for a refundable deposit or an ID card at check-in. It is returned at check-out if nothing is broken or damaged.
06House rules
Check-in and check-out times, music hours and other rules are set by each stay and shown on its page. Guests agree to follow them during the stay.
